Hi, I’m Ivan, an experienced online IB tutor with six years of online teaching experience. I've delivered more than 1000 hours of Biology, History and English Language and Literature lessons, supporting students with everything from content revision to Internal Assessments, Extended Essays, mock examinations and final exam preparation.

Having completed the IB Diploma with 43/45, I understand the programme from a student’s perspective as well as a tutor’s. I also hold a First-Class BSc in Biomedical Sciences and an MSc in Molecular Biotechnology, completed with Distinction. This academic background allows me to bring strong research, scientific writing and analytical skills into my teaching.

My lessons are structured around each student’s goals, knowledge gaps and preferred way of learning. I use clear explanations, active practice and detailed feedback aligned with IB assessment criteria, helping students understand where marks are gained and how to improve independently.

Alongside one-to-one tutoring, I have delivered revision courses for established IB schools, hosted webinars for more than 150 students, and created educational videos, subject guides and IB resources. Students can expect patient, encouraging and highly personalised support.
